This prelude event to the Thousand Oaks Arts Festival will include an art display featuring famed golf painter Scott Medlock, the works of Jane Seymour and several prominent Conejo Valley fine artisans will have their art available for purchase. He trained with the master puppeteer Jim Gamble, now Franklin is off on his own and creating quite a buzz with his beautiful puppets and unique performance style.
